Wow, I haven't updated this thing in forever. I work two jobs, a FT job as an Admin. Asst for a company that installs TV. I am an overworked and underpaid executive babysitter/paper pusher. I also work as a PT School Counselor and I love my students. I hope to one day be working FT in the Schools and teaching and helping students and families find success really brightens my day.

I recently got married (2010). I still need to get my dress dry cleaned. I'm saving up for a Professional Kitchen Aid Mixer. Because when I'm not working, I'm usually cooking. I love to bake, but I can't eat half the stuff I've made. Chalk that up to the RNY surgery I had three years ago. But! I've been experimenting with making baked goods that taste just as yummy using natural sugar alternatives. So far, the Agave is not good in baked goods, but works well for things I cook on the stove. Stevia will be the next experiment.

I'm also a gamer, in large part, thanks to my hubby. I now play D&D and WoW. Both of these things are his fault and he knows it. :p
